National Association of Construction Contractors Cooperation (NACCC) is a Missouri Non Profit 501-C-3 Corporation, Headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. NACCC is a national advocacy organization in behalf of implementation and compliance enforcement of Section 3 of the 1968 U.S. Housing and Urban Development Act, as amended. Utilizing the tremendous economic engine that is Section 3; NACCC has at the core of its mission to assist in: Nationally revitalizing and redevelop America's urban core and impoverished rural communities [utilizing as priority] those micro-small and small construction contractors and unemployed workers, living within those communities.
