At the age of 19 I was scared, broken... and dying. Straight A student, athlete, and all around "good girl" gone heroin addict (and anything else I could get my paws on). My journey to the bottom was a short (but very long) four years, that today I wouldn't trade for the world. Yes, they were demoralizing... BUT they brought me to the exact place I am today, writing to you.Over the last eight years I have gone through a personal transformation. I have learned healthy boundaries, discovered my passions, found my groove, and created a life worth living. A life that I love. I have grown to accept change and be the willow, instead of the oak. Most of all, I discovered COACHING, a technique that allows me to help you discover your own truths!I discovered I loved working with others through sobriety. To give back the gifts that this life has given me has been an honor I am blessed to share.
