Nafta College is a team of entrepreneurs and enthusiasts in petroleum engineering, physics and mathematics who place knowledge sharing as the driving force of intellectual work. The key idea behind Nafta College is to improve SCALABILITY of knowledge sharing through extensive use of on-line communication.Nafta College understands that there are elements of knowledge which can only be transferred and anchored through the face-to-face meetings and addresses this need through the number of in-person discussion clubs.Meanwhile Nafta College undertakes substantial efforts to extend knowledge sharing to on-line platforms via on-line sessions such as on-line training, conferences, workshops, discussion clubs and stand-alone webinars and by this expanding to a much bigger audience with much cheaper or free entrance.One of the major focus and the most impressive progress of Nafta College is a set of on-line training simulators which are used for fully computer-driven individual training, team-building, certification, championships and testing other methodological and computerized solutions.It does not negate the human involvement into educational process and instead it rebalances the time of tutors and experts between face-to-face sessions and improving the simulators for routine training and testing.
