Nahda Designs is a clothing brand by American Muslim fashion designers Suraya Mahumed and Zaynab Zaid. We design and manufacture scarves, tops and skirts and have a new line of evening gowns, all of which is made in the USA. We appeal to the everyday woman by providing accurate sizes that take into account her natural curves. Instead of enhancing and accentuating her flaws, our designs aim to elegantly flatter her figure and we focus on eco-friendly fabric that allows for a graceful flow without needing to add on so many layers to achieve one modest look.At Nahda, we strive to make modesty appealing by helping women feel comfortable in their own skin, by not worrying about how they are dressed when wearing our clothes. All of our pieces will speak to the everyday woman.From its birth Nahda Designs has always been about strength, moving forward, working hard and being inspired to do something different.
