The Māori economy, a mixture of large Māori organisations and SMEs is currently valued at $5billion and it is growing every day. In 2050 Māori are expected to make up the bulk of the New Zealand taxpaying workforce alongside Asian and Pasifika peoples. But there is still a lot of untapped potential amongst Māori, at the individual, whānau and organisational levels. For NZ business to be strong, Māori business needs to be strong.The NAIA team have worked for whānau, communities and organisations both commercial and charitable for over 30 years. We are as comfortable in Māori environments as we are in corporate environments.For Māori organisations, we offer specialist support to kaupapa that helps our whānau to thrive. We can help with project management, planning, and delivery. We can also provide strategic advice, communication strategies and implementation.
