The company was founded in 2007It was initially in the importation of goods and cars for more than 4 yearsAnd participated in the reconstruction of areas and the construction of schools after the end of the rule period in 2010-2011In 2010, the company entered into an investment project and was approved by the Baghdad Investment Authority No. 51 for the year 2010 to build Zayouna Mall. Our company started the Zayouna Mall project on 25/12/2013 and was inaugurated 2017/6/20. With a group of civil engineers, electricity and refrigeration has been completed mall with high quality,In 2016, our company started the formal procedures and approvals for the conversion of 47 dunums in Baghdad to a residential area containing 450 housing units - a large school - a clinic - a water station in addition to tiling, sewage and sidewalks._____تأسست الشركة في عام 2007 وكانت في بدايتها في استيراد البضائع والسيارات لاكثر من 4 سنوات وشاركت بأعمار المناطق وبناء المدارس بعد انتهاء فترة القاعدة عام 2010-2011 وفي 2010 دخلت الشركة في مشروع استثماري وتمت الموافقة عليه من قبل هيئة استثمار بغداد رقم 51 لسنة 2010 لبناء مول زيونة التجاري ، باشرت شركتنا بالعمل بمشروع مول زيونة عام 2013/12/25 وتم الافتتاح 2017/6/20 حيث تم تعيين المكتب الاستشاري محمد عمار مع مجموعة من المهندسين المدنيين والكهرباء والتبريد وتم اكمال المول بتقنية عالية من الجودة ،وفي عام 2016 باشرت شركتنا بالأجراءات والموافقات الرسمية لتحويل 47 دونم في بغداد الى منطقة سكنية تحوي : -450 دار سكن افقي -مدرسة كبيرة - مستوصف - محطة ماء اضافة الى التبليط والمجاري والارصفة .
