The "Nalaga'at" ("please touch" in Hebrew) non-profit cultural center was opened in 2007 as a meeting place for the deaf, blind, deaf-blind and the general public, who through artistic and cultural experiences, engage in a dialogue among peers through: Nalaga'at Theater, home to the only deaf-blind theater groups in the world.Kapish Event Center, where deaf and hearing impaired waiters invite the guests to communicate in sign language.BlackOut Restaurant, where blind and visually impaired waiters accompany the guests to a meal in total darkness.
