Nallpointer is a recruitment technology startup that connects job seekers who want to be engineers (cybersecurity, software etc) with employers after a process of upskilling candidates by experienced developers, engineers and degree holders. The company recognizes the opportunities in tech and the low supply of developers in general. We also recognize that to tackle unemployment and inequality, we need a skills revolution; globally. The company recruits candidates who wish to pursue employment opportunities in the technology sector. The candidates are trained in accordance to their level of proficiency, this proficiency is decided upon an initial proficiency coding examination, the examination is not meant for admission, it is simply used to determine the level of proficiency so that the candidate can be placed on the labour market as soon as possible with the content structured around the individuals needs. The candidates are trained by experienced engineers over a period of a maximum of six months or shorter depending on their proficiency.
