Namaste' USA Yoga was founded in 2003 as a yoga teacher training school for the express purpose of introducing yoga practitioners to the unique contributions to asana practice and yogic wisdom made by Italian yogini Vanda Scaravelli. As a Yoga Alliance Registered teacher training school, we offer 200 and 500 hour certifications through workshops and intensives at several venues in North Texas near Dallas. The company's mission is to provide excellent quality teacher training, employing principles inspired by Vanda Scaravelli's approach. We limit class size to 15 students, to ascertain personal interaction and assistance in the learning process. In order for students to have ample time to fully integrate the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of the curriculum, we allow a minimum of one month's time between 20-hour Intensive weekends. Our school attracts highly motivated and skillful individuals who wish to excel as yoga teachers.
