Research - Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
The Nano and Micro Systems Research Lab (NMSL) is one of the most sophisticated labs of the Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology (WIN) at the University of Waterloo, specialized on nano/microscale device manufacturing. Its mission is to conduct various researches in advanced micro and nanomechanical systems sensing and actuation technologies driven by the potential impacts on society and the environment. The lab research group's objective is to address issues in overall NEMS and MEMS technologies advancement while contributing to fundamental sciences. The NMSL research group is engaged in many areas of nanotechnology and microsystems, with a particular focus on devices and systems, experimentation, and fabrication.
