Nanocoating Plasma Systems Inc. has long life expertise in the Atmospheric inductively Coupling Plasma beam technology and practices it in many applications such as Nanotechnology, Solid Oxide Fuel Cells, Li-ion batteries, hetero-junction solar cells, and more. The Discovery of focusing the plasma beam in the atmosphere and the phenomenon of penetrating the holes with a high aspect ratio allows NPS to be a pioneer in 3D lamination, including passive lamination for corrosion resistance of gas distribution plates for the semiconductor industry, and active lamination such as antimicrobial photo-catalytic nanocoating for SARS inactivation. NPS is located in Fremont, CA.
