Newly formed Volleyball club for Hampton Roads, VA area. The club is for girls ages 14-18 wanting to learn and perfect their volleyball skills. Our focus is on teaching girls fundamentals in volleyball and strength traning that will help them on the court and in life. The girls compete in local and traveling tournaments around VA.
