Nap York has created a sleep service that allows anyone to sleep when they want for as long as they want, helping people from businesspeople to red eye travelers catch as little as a 30 minute power nap in the middle of the day or a few hours in the middle of the night. Sleep is one of the fundamental human needs that can’t be bought by Amazon and performs extremely well in traditional retail spaces. ½ of Americans fall asleep at work, ⅓ of Americans are sleep deprived, and and ¼ of airlines are delayed each day so its not surprising that during our 6 months operating 24/7, we’ve acquired over 3,000 members and averaged revenues per square foot that rivals hotel standards. There’s also a franchise, SaaS, and manufacturing component that has a lot of potential for additional revenue.
