NKL stimuleert ontwikkelingen op het gebied van publiek laden van elektrisch vervoer in Nederland. NKL is het platform waar overheid, kennisinstellingen en bedrijfsleven samen werken aan het realiseren van een betaalbare publieke laadinfrastructuur. Dit gebeurt door het faciliteren van innovatieve projecten en door het uitwisselen van kennis.
