JSC "NAMOS" provides customers with a full range of services aimed at minimizing the risks of environmental factors on the complex industrial infrastructure. Among the main areas for the implementation of these tasks, the "National Agency for Environmental Monitoring" proposes the creation and integration into existing systems of monitoring, control and forecasting of natural factors, including the weather, fires, floods, etc.NAMOS Provides forecasts and information about: • environmental condition; • natural hazards; • impact of weather anomalies on monitored objects;Develops information systems for: • weather monitoring automation• assimilation of data obtained from different purpose sensors;Studies: • impact of natural hazards on long and distributed industrial objects;• new methods of condition monitoring of high-voltage transmission linesConsults on actual weather security issues;Assists in design and introduction of lightning-protection means;Trains to operate NAMOS software; Supplies equipment produced by world leading manufacturers in weather monitoring; Introduces state-of-the-art and future-proof technologies of data acquisition, processing and storage;Cooperates with Streamer Electric Company Inc., Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Federal Grid Company (FGC), R&D Center for Power Engineering of FGC, SibNIIE (Siberian R&D Institute for Power Engineering), Vaisala, NASA, NOAA, Kyrgyz R&D Center for Power Engineering, ENIN (Energy Institute of Krzhizhanovski).
