Founded in December of 2012 the National Anti-Discrimination Alliance (NADA) represents the collective efforts of persons who seek to defend the rights for the victims of discrimination. Our focus is on developing individuals capable of implementing change, not only in their own communities but also others, through advocacy, education and outreach. As a community based organization in Jamaica with hopes of expanding the mission to other countries, NADA understands the need to work with all sectors of society. Specifically those who are exposed to the harshness of discrimination based on their; • Social Standing • Physical or Mental Disability • Place of Residence • Religion • Gender • Health Status • Actual or perceived sexual orientation
