Members have access to seminar materials, creditor contact lists, the Journal, Trustee Tips, and much more. In addition, NABT has developed a website where members can list assets for sale, www.bankruptcysales.com, with public access for viewing and bidding. Each year, NABT hosts a spring seminar and annual convention. The annual convention, held in the late summer, draws over 500 people. Both events offer accredited educational sessions and social events. In addition, videocasts of educational sessions are available online. NABT has successfully raised issues of concern for its members to the U.S. Congress, the Office of the U.S. Trustee, and the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, as well as other organizations involved in bankruptcy or with the legislative process. Association leadership has testified before Congress and in administrative forums, and regularly speaks at meetings of professional organizations. To further these efforts, members are encouraged to join the President's Circle and to support our PAC (political action committee).
