National Centre for Advocacy Studies (NCAS) is a premiere policy research institution in India and South Asia. Since its inception, the Board of Directors has been led by people of eminence with Justice P. N. Bhagwati, (former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India) as the founding President, followed by noted playwright Vijay Tendulkar and Dr. Aruna Roy, among others. It has over 25 years of experience in capacity development, knowledge creation, networking in public policy and governance, both in India and abroad.
