Non Profit company that aims to contribute to healthy credit provision and consumption with a focus on credit information and advice through the National Responsible Credit Helpline; Debt Relief Solutions that include mediation, debt counselling and coaching to facilitate self help solutions for consumers who have the capacity to handle matters on their own but with some guidance. In order to broaden access to assistance for low income consumers we have partnerships with various NGOs and organisations like Pro Bono as well as various Regulators and Ombuds.We also use real case studies and targeted research to inform policy and practice. We also use these to engage individual credit providers and related associations to highlight conduct that could be detrimental to consumers and the credit market as a whole.
