NLAM is the first comprehensive cross functonal database of Ayurveda medicines with main emphasis on Rasashastra. NLAM has indexed 1700 classical formulations, 700 herbswith taxonomical integration with GRIN database, search engine based on sanskrit laws of grammar. NLAM also ahs information about 70 treatises and authors.NLAM has educational videos on many interesting topics of Ayurveda and have begun offering free online courses to gain in-depth knowledge in various fields of Ayurveda. As you may have seen already, we also have an extensive database of Ayurveda herbs and formulations. The website has something to offer to beginning students and advanced practitioners alike and the new format of the website is very practical and user-friendly. Tutorials are provided to better understand how to use the site, how the online education will work and how to best make use of the wealth of information in the medicinal database.
