NationwideMeetings was formed in 2008 with the purpose of connecting groups like yourself with our hotel/resort partners.Our associates and advisers are comprised of individuals who have years of expertise. They are executives with associations, societies, special interest groups and corporations. Some are involved with Fortune 500 companies. We also rely on feed back from executives at hotels and resorts. This type of input is invaluable.We pride ourselves in helping you find the ideal venue for your next meeting, incentive trip, executive retreat or any other type event.Our website offers numerous locations and type of properties you are seeking. We are a conduit/portal for you to explore and find what you are searching for. Our site is easy to navigate and gather information. We welcome you to contact our hotel/resort partners directly via their Meeting Profile Page or fill out our "Quick RFP" form.Unlike some other sites you may have visited, we do not have a login form to fill out, then later on trying to locate or remember a password. In addition, we do not charge our hotel/resort partners a commission on rooms or an annual retainer. They pay a minimal one time fee to become a partner. This concept in many cases makes negotiating a contract far less cumbersome. No 3rd party clause when dealing directly with us!
