Natural Resource Management ("NRM") is an Indian owned Limited Liability Company whose founders and senior management have extensive experience in the development and operation of the state-of-the-art Network Operating Centers ("NOC"). NRM's President, Mr. Curt Jensen, has extensive experience in monitoring oil and gas production and royalty management, inspection and enforcement programs conducted under contract with the Department of Interior's Remote Data and Acquisition for Well Production (RDAWP) program from 2002 through 2006. The purpose of the Interior Department's RDAWP Program was to provide inspection, enforcement, and royalty management services in support of Oil & Gas production on public lands. The Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act (FOGRMA), mandates that the Department of Interior (DOI) through the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and ONOR collects these fees on a timely basis on behalf of the US Government. Based on this experience, Mr. Jensen has continued to develop highly sophisticated NOCs, which have been used to monitor and manage large scale operations for the DOD, DOE and commercial enterprises, including major Oil and Gas companies and one of the largest Shipping companies that services off-shore Oil and Gas platforms on a global basis. The Company has extensive experience in the design and development of computerized traffic management systems for one of the Nation's most successful toll roads, the 48 mile long E-470, which circumvents Denver, CO's congested metro area and provides non-stop service to the Denver International Airport which serves over 50 million travelers annually.
