I am a full service caterer, who will take on an intimate dinner for two, up to corporate events into the hundreds. I also provide Personal and Private Chef services. The one thing that I am known for is creating wine pairing dinner parties, where I come out and introduce each course, and explain why I chose the particular wine that is being served with it. It's a culinary experience, as well as a learning experience. I only staff the event with knowledgeable, professional people, and I make sure we leave your kitchen looking as good if not better than when we got there.
