NAVA Real Estate Development was founded by Trevor M. Hines and Brian J. Levitt in 2013 to develop architecturally-significant buildings in prime locations that are sensitive to the environment and its inhabitants. NAVA is currently developing retail, residential, office and mixed-use properties throughout the Greater Denver Area. We employ a rigorous, detail-oriented project development and management process, seeking the best technology, resources and professionals in the business to ensure that our investments, and our partners, have the greatest probability for economic, social and environmental success. NAVA is focused on improving the communities within which we build. We utilize architectural design and wellness best practices to create responsible developments that are enlightening for the community and residents. Our debut residential building, Lakehouse (www.lakehouse17.com), is Colorado's first residential community to register and pursue the WELL Building Standard Certification. As the world's first building standard focused exclusively on human health, WELL marries best practices in design and construction with evidence-based medical and scientific research to harness a built environment that as a vehicle to support human health and wellness. The program measures attributes of a building that impact resident's health by examining the seven key concepts of air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind.
