Navdeep Singh NAV is ISSA Internationally Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist. HE did P.G. in FITNESS and NUTRITION. Also Trained by INDIAN BODYBUILDING GURU DR, RANDHIR HASTIR JI. He completed his graduation in LAW LL.B. from Punjabi University Patiala. STARTED exercise in childhood from 6th class with 12 kg weights bricks and a bar only when there were no gyms in villages. He has also work as model and actor in punjabi industry. My passion of FITNESS turn into Profession. from last Ten years working as Fitness Coach. My hobbies are Acting, cooking ,photography.
