Navigate specialises in leadership in education and children's services. Since 2005, Navigate has worked with leaders of education in over 40% of local authority areas in England, supporting schools and colleges responsible for the learning of over 100,000 children and young people. Navigate's clients include individuals schools and colleges, local authorities and dioceses, as well as central government bodies. We work closely with leaders to help them interpret and implement the new agenda, including: • supporting school excellence, to enhance achievement at every level; • building new school models, taking advantage of new freedoms to provide responsive services to local communities; • making best use of resources, through improved efficiency; • resourcing school and college leadership, getting the right people in the right place to make a difference; • providing specialist support teams to take forward challenges in specific policy areas such as SEN, 14-19 provision and early years services.
