I have served as an individual contributor, as well as leading both domestic and international teams. While this may seem like an odd combination of roles, there is a common thread. I specialize in uncovering the hidden drivers behind the stated need to ensure that whatever resolution is brought to the table has the best chance of achieving the desired outcome.
