Nazqiz is a San Francisco company founded in 2013. Nazqiz was created with the vision of bringing simple, healthy, unique and amazing tasting traditional Peruvian snacks to the US markets and beyond. We started this goal by introducing Qancha, our debut snack. Qancha is a healthier, sophisticated version of the very popular Peruvian toasted corn called cancha, a snack that has been essential part of the Peruvian diet for centuries! We want to bring to you a little taste of history in a simple yet delicious snack, just the way the Incas liked it.Qancha are air-toasted, corn snacks in three delicious flavors ( Original, Picante and Chimichurri ). Qancha is made from Chulpe corn, an heirloom varietal grown in the Peruvian Andes. We have many more snacks in the works based on Peruvian snacks not commonly known in North America or in other continents.
