Established in 1975, the Northern Community Investment Corporation (NCIC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that provides capital and expertise to strengthen businesses, communities and employment opportunities across Northeastern Vermont and Northern New Hampshire. NCIC develops lending solutions and coaching services based on individual business needs and supports community leaders with job-based solutions including industrial infrastructure, telecommunications, energy and tourism development.
