Civic & Social Organization - Chicago, Illinois, United States
The Near North Unity Program (NNUP) seeks to connect residents and stakeholders in our diverse community, enhance its growth, and improve the quality of life. Near North is defined by the following boundaries: North Avenue to Chicago Avenue, Wells Avenue to Halsted. NNUP was originated in 2010 by Alderman Burnett, CHA, LISC Chicago, the MacArthur Foundation and many participating community organizations, businesses and residents. The LaSalle Street Church now serves as the lead agency.
