Nearbuy.ng is a platform that utilizes the current innovations in web and mobile-web technology to enable shoppers find everyday items, books, drugs etc. in nearby shops. Globally, shoppers are having a hard time finding items that are stocked in local shops close to them, so they turn to on-line stores, this is mainly because local stores do not have a convenient and affordable platform that will enable them reach their customers and also do not have the financial capacity to deploy full scale advertisement and e-commerce facilities.This is why we have built a platform(mobile and web) that enables local shop owners to sign-up, upload their inventory and start reaching their customers in less than fifteen minutes. Shoppers will be able to search for items via our mobile(android and IOS) apps and website, and get product details, prices and location(GPS and Google map) of local stores nearby that currently have the item in stock.Local retailers will not need to painstakingly update their inventory, because the platform allows shoppers to send instant order/requests a product that they intend to buy. The retailer/shop-owner will get an instant notification via our Android/IOS app and will be able to reply the shopper if the requested item is currently in stock.
