Through each neato team member's respective experience, we heard stories time and again of people being dissatisfied with the quality of cleaning services available. From Builder's Cleaning through to general Commercial / Office Cleaning, it seemed that few were truly happy with their cleaners!Being the clever and motivated people that we are, we realised that this scenario presented a great business opportunity. If we could create a cleaning business offering a great service at a fair price, coupled with friendly and approachable staff, we could fill that hole.
