At Neev, we uphold the belief that Education is a Journey of Learning which helps an individual to Explore, Create, Struggle and Experience; while the purpose of Education is Well-Being and Peace. For a child this journey starts in the initial years when s/he learns to acquire the ability to make meaning in the process of listening, speaking, reading and writing. The foundation of Literacy is laid since birth when the child starts picking up on listening followed by speaking, reading and writing until the age of 8 years. These are the years when a child is exposed to elementary schooling, which prepares her for the process of Life, a never-ending journey of Learning. Literacy is the key to unlock the doors for Learning and hence leading to social and economic empowerment as a grown-up individual.
