We assist our developers in all possible ways with administering of:• sales of units/erven• deposits• bond approvals and –instructions• client contacts• reporting on a regular basis• regular meeting with sales- and technical teamsAs far as registration is concerned, we offer the following services to our developers:• preliminary consultations and negotiations with councils and/or members of technical teams to assist with township establishment and/or sectional scheme• discounted fee to developers in cases where they carry the costs of transfer and/or bond registrations• drawing of offers to purchase• regular meeting with developer re progress with admin and signing up of clients• meet with clients at a time and place of their choice for signing of documents• we are on all the bank's bond registration panels, enabling us to handle all registration matters in the same development
