Our focus and mission is to provide encouragement and hope while meeting the significant transitional needs of young adults who are aging out of the nation's foster care system. Sadly, statistics demonstrate not only a significant need for transitional services but also an insufficient number of service providers. We have a heavy burden to reach these young adults and to provide them with hope and encouragement as we offer them a chance to build a new life and avoid becoming one of these statistics.
