Neighborhood Rescue of America is the CSR program of ESR and is a grass root 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Christian Schoyen with the goal of empower low-income African-American communities, creating a better and safer environment for children and their pets. We believe this goal is achieved by providing the tools and support created for socially conscious individuals taking on the Neighborhood Rescue of America Challenge. We utilize our core skillset of recruiting the best, as the success of a community transformation is 100% linked to its leadership.The kick off for the Neighborhood Rescue challenge took place with the turnaround of the most dangerous neighborhood in Las Vegas, achieving to empower the community and a record 75% crime reduction (+$10 million impact, +$1 million press worth, 100% increase in property values) validating the blueprint, which is shared freely through the multi-award winning feature documentary Vegas Vikings and Neighborhood Rescue 101.
