We also sell a wide range of incontinence products.If you have problems with chronic pain, or caused by a concussion injury, our two multidisciplinary STAR teams (Specialist Team for Assessment and Rehabilitation) offer coordinated approaches to assess your needs and develop a rehabilitation programme tailored to help you achieve the best outcomes. NNS offers the only concussion clinic in the Nelson region.With about 60 part-time home support workers and more than 20 professional staff, including registered nurses, medical specialists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and a dietician and a speech language therapist, our aim is to provide a flexible range of services which will meet the requirements of each individual client.
