Founded in 2014 by Neil Harrison, a former chef of a 2-Michelin Star restaurant; Nelson's Distillery produced a unique range of Gin, Vodka and Rum not found anywhere else in the world. Neil used his years of expertise and refine palate from the food industry to develop and perfect his renowned blend of 27 botanicals - more commonly know as Nelson's London Dry No.7.
