NeoLithica is positioned as a future producer of battery-grade lithium carbonate by leveraging its 366,711 hectares (1,415 square miles) of high-value crown mineral tenure in northwestern Alberta. This region is home to thick, extensive, and highly-productive lithium-brine aquifers, permitting the company to take a strong position in this nascent high-growth industry. NeoLithica's flagship Peace River Lithium Project is currently conducting its final pre-commercialization development work.NeoLithica has entered into a strategically important Joint Venture with LiEP Resources, a leading Calgary-based lithium technology company, to commercially implement their leading-edge and proven direct lithium extraction and refining processes and technologies.NeoLithica and LiEP are jointly preparing to conduct a Demonstration Pilot in late 2022 or early 2023, with the objective of producing samples of battery-grade lithium carbonate to send to key purchasers of this important commodity. Upon completing the pilot, NeoLithica will produce its preliminary feasibility and economic assessment studies, with completion anticipated by mid-2023.
