The Nerang RSL and Memorial Club was opened by the then Chairman of the then Albert Shire Council Mr Bill Laver on the 9th April 1983.Situated at the gateway to the Hinterland, the Nerang RSL successfully caters to the large and demographically diverse population of Nerang and the surrounding districts. Committed to "Giving Back To The Community", the Nerang RSL supports and participates in a broad range of assistance to schools, sporting clubs, charity groups and medical research.Today the Club offers 188 Gaming Machines, 3 Bars, Keno, TAB/SportsBet, a restaurant, coffee shop, function facilities, ATM banking, Eftpos, Bottle shop and offers activities and membership to Intra Clubs such as Golf, Swimming, Euchre, Netball & Fishing. Entertainment is also offered.
