Neriku Catering was founded by Enrico Zammit with his wife Jane in 1969. He had a big passion for creating delicious food and was a true entrepreneur at heart, so the small business quickly grew and became well renowned throughout the Maltese islands. The company was the first in Malta which invested in a commercial ravioli machine. Enrico was also the first businessman who came up with a system on how to manufacture, package and distribute frozen goods locally. The business was eventually passed on to his sons, Charles and Raymond, and until today they are the directors of the company. Over the last 10 years, Neriku Catering has become more focused on outside catering and contract catering. Joseph, Christian, Karl and Anne Marie, the third generation of the Zammit family have also joined the business. The Zammit family shares a big passion and pride for what they do and want to keep on expanding their family's legacy.
