History\\Our story began in Ankara in May 2013. We had an idea about Internet of Things (IoT) while chatting with two friends at a coffee shop. The idea was an IoT gateway supporting multiple wireless sensor protocols. We created a team of four and applied to TÜBİTAK - 1512 Entrepreneurship Multi-phase Program. Eventually, in November 2013, nesta Design was established with the support of TÜBİTAK and Yildiz Technical University Technology Transfer Office in YTU Technopark.\\R&D Activities\\nesta Design is founded by entrepreneurs which have experience in both the industry and the academia. We incorporate best approaches of the two words: the results-driven approach of the industry with the realistic perfectionism of the academia, which is the foundation of our approach to our products and services.\\Our first products are the nesta IoT Gateway (nesta Low Power Gateway, nLPG) and nesta Inertial Measurement Unit (nIMU) developed by the end of 2014. nesta Design also provides R&D services for firms who need special solutions in the fields of embedded systems, analog or digital electronics and communication sectors.
