Established over 21 years ago, Net Temps is a niche recruitment agency supplying temporary, freelance & permanent labour across the UK to the construction, engineering and allied industries. We provide innovative bespoke recruitment solutions to PLCS and SME's alike and have long standing preferred supplier and business partnering relationships with many clients with household names. Unlike other agencies, we specialise in construction recruitment. This gives us strength in depth and an ability to understand the market that our clients operate in. Our consultants are experts in their field, with extensive first hand site experience. They strive to understand their client's internal recruitment challenges in order to provide bespoke recruitment solutions. We pride ourselves upon our ability to attract and retain quality local candidates to work for our clients, with the emphasis upon supplying local labour for local jobs. We are also able to offer a portfolio of health and safety solutions to our clients to compliment the supply of temporary labour which includes face fit, drug and alcohol testing asbestos awareness and manual handling. In addition to striving to be at the forefront of best recruitment practice with an internal compliance function, Net Temps has established bespoke divisions and continues to look at where value can be added for its clients by extending its service provision. Our current divisions are trades & labour, mechanical and electrical, utilities, pre-cast concrete, plant, management and professional, industrial, warehouse & logistics, fit out and refurbishment and rail.
