The Netcong Community Partnership (NCP) proudly serves the businesses, property owners and residents of our Special Improvement District. NCP Trustees work to make Netcong great by focusing on economic development and quality of life. In 2014, the NCP Trustees working with the Borough of Netcong government developed an action plan to identify tasks and strategies that can advance Netcong's ability to compete in the marketplace.The purpose of the Netcong Community Partnership Action Plan is to list goals and corresponding tasks that the NCP board, organizational committee members and Executive Director will accomplish over the next 12-18 months. The goals are listed in two categories:1) Netcong Business District Goals - these goals and tasks are aimed at the improvements that will affect local businesses.2) NCP Organizational Goals – these goals and tasks will strengthen the function and administration of the board, committees and members.Much of the work of this action plan took place at two brainstorming and planning meetings held in the spring of 2014. Recognizing the past successes and challenges, NCP trustees developed a new mission,vision, goals and tasks to guide NCP activities and shape the future of the business district.
