Network Perspective is building the productive and healthy fundamentals for remote teamwork. We strengthen leaders with continuous data-driven predictive and prescriptive insights, alerts and actions related to work habits and routines experienced by their teams. It combines the essence of employee experience analytics, HR analytics, workplace analytics, people analytics, collaboration analytics, and ONA with strong ethics upfront. We've already brought a network perspective to more than 50K people working for our clients, such as mBank, KGHM, Samsung, GE, Parker, Burda, Scanfil, UPM Raflatac, and Beumer Group.***Our research and development projects are co-financed by the European Union.We received a 1,3 mln PLN grant for an R&D project, which is about to be run by 2 AI professors, 5 PhDs, and business professionals. The goal is to develop a new module for our platform to predict a team-level burnout based on the data from HR systems and information about interactions. Maciek is working on People Analytics area for more than 10 years.
