Neugen is a semiconductor test services company that specializes in test engineering support for fabless semiconductor manufacturers. Neugen was founded in October of 1993 by President, David Hiltner. Mr. Hiltner has held various test engineering and management positions including Chief Applications Technologist at Credence Systems Corporation, Applications Engineering Manager for Tektronix's Semiconductor Test Systems Division, and Applications Engineering Manager for Strategic Accounts at LTX/Trillium.Neugen is comprised of industry veterans with extensive experience in all aspects of semiconductor device testing including silicon debug, device characterization, and production test. We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality solution possible to each test project, from small single product testing to large, wide scope, and ongoing client testing needs.
