If you are part of the neurodivergent community or support it in any way please follow us, we'll be needing your support and input as we grow. Neurodivergent individuals are at the heart of and represent an essential component of the engine that drives today's businesses and organizations. The worlds top tech companies have for years actively sought out these talented people. Now with the increased pace of digital transformation, it's hard for any business not to be a tech business in some form. A huge percentage of the world's entrepreneurs are neurodivergent individuals. Yet support for these essential individuals is still today hugely inadequate. Neurodivergent individuals represent at least 20% of the population but education and businesses are not adequately set up to support and take advantage of their talent. What this boils down to is that there is still a huge amount of untapped potential in the neurodivergent community and these's individuals with a little collaborative support can provide a sizable advantage to our organizations and society.
