Whilst our heritage is in industrial and business services, we have an appetite to back profitable established businesses across most sectors.We are different to other funders as our team has a proven track record of successfully growing their own businesses. This means that we understand the challenges of growth first-hand, and as we only invest our own money, we are able to take a long term view with no set time frames or pressure to exit.We are flexible in our approach and will tailor a deal to meet the vendor's objectives. Typically, we will buy businesses outright and share some equity with the management team. We will also provide a partial exit to vendors who want to stay involved, back management teams to complete a buy-out or provide growth funding.
