Within the first two weeks of a newcomer's arrival, New Beginnings is at the front door promoting your company and offering a basket full of gift certificates and samples from local merchants. This service will not only make the homeowner feel welcome, but it will give you a major advantage over your competition...-Make the first impression on new homeowners-Let them know where you're located-Show them which products and services you offer-Save money...Only $50 per area each monthAt the end of each month you recieve a list of all homeowners visited including their name, address, subdivision, if they have children, pets, and where they moved from. Use this valuable information to follow up with your prospective customers, and gain their repeated business. The areas visited are Alpharetta East, Alpharetta West, Johns Creek, East Cobb, Roswell and South Forsyth. All homes in the subdivisions we visit exceed the $300,000 price range. At least 40 visits are performed in each area per month guaranteed. The fixed price for each area visited is $50 per month.
