New England Cold Storage (NECS) is currently developing our first public cold storage warehouse facility in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, and forming a new warehouse logistics company to operate it - 25,000 pallet positions located at the intersection of I-90 & I-84. In the next several years, we plan to develop a network of at least three more facilities across New England. While the global economy is falling into recession, essential supply chain providers like us must plan for steadily increasing customer demand for the foreseeable future. This state-of-the-art facility will feature mobile racking and the most modern technologies and energy efficiencies possible.
